This problem is usually related to what is known as "graphics adaptor acceleration" settings. Windows usually applies some complex schematics when drawing graphics on the screen in order to make your programs run faster. This seems to cause a problem with Hammurabi in certain configurations.
To solve the problem:
  1. Open the Display Settings control panel. The easiest way to do this is to right-click on an empty area on the Desktop, and select "Personalize"
  2. Select "Display Settings" from the window that appears.
  3. Click the "Advanced Settings..." button.
  4. Switch to the "Troubleshoot" page, then click the button labeled "Change Settings".
  5. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider one step towards "None", and click OK.
  6. You will be prompted to restart the computer. After restarting, run Hamorabi and see if the problem is fixed. If not, repeat these steps and reduce the acceleration one more step, and retry after restarting.
  7. If you have to take the slider more than half the way to the left, this may indicate that something else is wrong with your computer. Please contact our support team and we will have a closer look at your issue.
